Protecting your personal data is important to us. We process personal data exclusively in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Austrian law.

Personal data is collected when you voluntarily provide it to us, in particular when:
- contacting us by email, phone, or WhatsApp
- booking an appointment via Calendly
- submitting inquiries about our services

5. Disclosure to third parties
Your data is disclosed only when necessary for contract performance (e.g. notary, tax advisor, land registry), when you have consented, or when required by law. External service providers are carefully selected and contractually obliged to comply with data protection requirements.
6. Web analytics with Matomo
This website uses the self-hosted web analytics solution Matomo. Matomo is operated on a server controlled by us.
Analytics are only performed if you have explicitly consented to the “Statistics” category in the privacy settings. Without your consent, no analytics requests are sent to Matomo.
The analysis may include, in particular, pages viewed, time and duration of visits, interactions with the website (for example use of the ancillary purchase cost calculator or the handover protocol), technical information about the browser and device, as well as the source of the visit and campaign information.
IP addresses are anonymized in Matomo. Matomo is operated without tracking cookies. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, client or case data, or other directly identifying data to Matomo.
Processing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 165(3) TKG 2021.
Raw visit and action data are currently deleted after 90 days. Aggregated statistical reports may be stored for a longer period.
Your choice is stored locally in your browser. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via “Privacy settings” in the footer of this website.
If you choose German, English or Arabic in the language switcher, we store that choice in a cookie (samaan_lang) so the selected language is kept on the following pages. The cookie is set only after that explicit choice, not by opening a shared link, and is not used for analytics or advertising.
7. External services
Depending on how the website is used, external services may be integrated, such as:
- Calendly (appointment booking via a link to the booking page)
- WhatsApp (communication upon request)
